FRANK MURDOCCO

  • Frank Murdocco is a New York-based writer and performer. He made his New York stage

    debut with his first solo show, The Public and Private Deaths of Carol O’Grady at the 2018 New York International Fringe Festival. The production then transferred off-Broadway to HERE Arts Center’s Main Stage. Since his stage-debut, Murdocco has actively performed off-Broadway, in television and film, and has provided voiceover for countless commercial campaigns.

    Murdocco’s second solo show, A Little Treat, had its World Premiere at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it enjoyed a sold-out, critically acclaimed run. A Little Treat is due out from Bloomsbury’s Methuen Drama imprint in September of 2025, and will make it’s New York Premiere at the East Village Basement, with Murdocco again at the healm. 

    As a writer, he has held residencies with Gingold Theatrical Group, Arthouse Productions, the Cold Read Series, and the Artist Co-Op. His plays include I Didn’t Mean to Scream So Loud, I Want the World (And When I Get it, I’ll Want Something Else), Legume, O’Grady, and A Little Treat.

    A graduate of Stony Brook University, Murdocco was the recipient of The Chair’s Award for

    Outstanding Achievements as a Theatre Practitioner.

    He is a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association and the Dramatists Guild.

  • Steph Miller is an New York based director, actor and producer, who's passionate about new plays. Directing credits include: A LITTLE TREAT (Edinburgh Fringe Festival), WHEN I WAS SEVENTEEN (Creators Collective), STATEN ISLAND DRY SPELL (The Artist Co-op), associate director to Lee Sunday Evans. Recent acting credits: TEETH (NY Theater Festival), THE SHOTS THAT SHOOK SIDDIQ'S (Wombat Theater Co.), A MORE (UN) PERFECT UNION (Wombat Theater Co.), LUSCIOUS LIPS (Dixon Place). Upcoming film projects include: SOULS INTERTWINED, THE BEE, PIPELINE LANDMINE.
